DIY Basic Envelope Design Series – Part 2 – Mandala on Envelope

What’s more satisfying than making some of our basic utility items ourselves!

Hey guys! Welcome to The Craft House and welcome to Basic Envelope Design Series.

In this series I’ll be making our very basic money/shagun/gift envelopes and then I’ll be decorating those in five different art forms. This series will therefore have total six videos.

The previous video https://youtu.be/GzJT3s9N10k was about How to Make Your Own Envelope. For this particular video, I’ve picked up Mandala art to decorate an envelope. In next videos of this series there will be four more art forms. So, stay tuned…

Materials used:

  1. Blank White Envelope
  2. Pencil, Eraser & Ruler
  3. Compass & Protractor
  4. Rorito Fiber Point Pens – Pink & Orange Color

Now, this design is totally up to you. Mandala is an art that allows you to play with shapes and figures as much as you like. You can have as many or few layers in your Mandala and the outcome will always look beautiful.

With this very thought, here I have made my Mandala with nine layers and have drawn simple elements within them.

Do try a design of your own and share the same with us.

Hope you enjoy the video! Please do Like and Share it ahead. I would love to listen from you in Comments section below.
